– Exceptional Service and Stunning Flowers! I can not say enough good things about Gary’s Florist! I am from Charleston and do not live in Sumter, so I was a little nervous about ordering from out of town—but Rachel made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Rachel truly went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for my niece’s birthday. Someone sent me a Valentine's Day bouquet of 12 roses this year. When I wasn't going to be at home during their delivery window, the delivery team at Gary's florist went out of their way to ensure personal delivery, and met me at one of my previously scheduled appointments. They also gave me a segmented box to transport my flowers, as they were presented in a vase - and not a box. Very classy. The flower presentation was awesome. The roses were nestled in a thicket of baby's breath and fern accents. I don't think you could have fit another stem in there. Simply beautiful! The roses were just nearing full bloom, and are quite fragrant (even now - 6 days later) - which sometimes isn't the case. When I changed the water this morning and trimmed the blooms, I noticed they had removed all the thorns (thank you!) and even wired the stems. I must say I'm quite impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend Gary's florist the next time you want a floral arrangement to brighten someone's day, commemorate an achievement, honor someone's passing, celebrate a holiday, or....just because! Who doesn't love flowers?

What do you get your family member when they are suffering from Alzheimer's? Flowers...every time she sees them I know she will smile...Thank you for making an absolutely amazing bouquet for her birthday. We will be using your shop again for future floral arrangements!

I was going in to get an arrangement of flowers, for my daughter's birthday. I haven't been in a floral shop since my wedding 17 years ago, so I had no idea what to do when I went in there to determine what exactly I wanted. I was immediately greeted upon entering! The owners were able to help me find exactly what I needed! The arrangement and vase are stunning! Great price and quality! I recommend, if you are in search of a floral shop in Sumter, go straight here!

Thank you for the absolutely beautiful flowers! You guys saved the day! The florist we found originally had canceled our order, but google sent me to Gary's, where they were super kind on the phone, and she was able to put together this arrangement and deliver it with no notice. From the time I called, it was barely 2 hours before they were delivered to my parents. I will now only be going to Gary's for my floral needs.
